Guess who is 18 years old, from Barbados and is a Caribbean rnb singer? Thats right it's Robyn Fenty or better known as RIHANNA. In her pre-teens she began singing to her friends and family and then one day a friend of Rihanna's introduced her to a music producer, Evan Rogers. From that point on Rihanna has never looked back.
In 2005 she released her first album "Music of the Sun" which features her smash hit single 'Pon De Replay'. She helped co-write the album and it sold 500 000 copies in the U.S and 2 million copies world-wide.
In April 2006 her second album, "A Girl Like Me" was released and it hit
number 5 in the U.S and number 6 in the U.K. Shortly, 'SOS' her next single was released and it peaked at number 1 in Hawaii and number 2 in the U.K.
When Rihanna released her next single 'Unfaithful' she mentioned in an interview that her heartfelt songs represent what she has done in her life. But then again, she said that all of her music represents her own experiences and the experiences of her close friends. So i wonder who was being Unfaithful...
