According to http://www.nbadraft.net/actorteam.asp Mark Macon and Jamie Foxx look-alike.
For those who don't know who these people are, Mark Macon is a former American professional basketball player, and Jamie foxx is a RnB musician.
Personally, I do not think that they look alike. The structure of their faces, the shape of their noses, and the definition of their lips and eyes are not similar. In fact, when I saw the photo of Mark Macon I thought he looked a lot like Busta Rhymes. They both have a full face. For example, when you look at Jamie Foxx's face, it's skinny compared to when you look at Mark's and Busta's face.
