4. Have a deep understanding and recognition of Songmei's philosophy and products, and follow Songmei's market policies.
5. There are more than one professional full-time sales staff, who can independently expand the market; more than one professional technical staff, who have the ability of after-sales service after training.
6. Resolutely implement Songmei's price and marketing policies.
(2) Agent level certification:
1. Secondary agents:
1) Must meet the basic conditions of the agent;
2) Strive to complete more than 200,000 actual sales throughout the year, and the remote areas (Yunnan, Guizhou, Inner Mongolia, Qinghai, Ningxia, Xinjiang, Gansu) must not be less than 100,000;
3) The cooperation agreement should be completed within 3 months of not less than 15% of the annual sales, and completed within 6 months of not less than 25% of the annual sales.
2. First-level agents:
1) Must meet the basic conditions of the agent;
2) Strive to complete the actual sales of more than 500,000 throughout the year, within 3 months after the signing of the cooperation agreement should be completed not less than 15% of annual sales, and completed within 6 months not less than 25% of annual sales.
3) The second-level agent of the Songmei company that has cooperated, the actual purchase amount of Songmei company's products in the previous year reached more than 200,000, and the credit is good, there is no futures payment, and there is no market discipline violation;
4) Take Songmei's products as the main sales brand, and have at least two full-time salespersons and technical support staff of Songmei's products;
3. Regional agents:
1) Registered capital of more than 500,000, more than two years of industry promotion experience in smart card products and smart parking products, with strong financial strength and extensive social channels;
2) Have the ability to independently expand the market and have the strength to provide high-quality after-sales service and technical support for relevant users in the region;
3) With Song Mei's products as the main sales brand, at least 3 full-time sales staff and technical support staff of Song Mei's products;
4) Songmei company has cooperated for more than one year, the actual purchase amount of Songmei company's products in the previous year reached more than 500,000, and the credit is good, there is no overdue futures, and no market violations;
5) Guarantee actual annual sales of more than 1 million, the cooperation in the first quarter to complete no less than 15% of annual sales, the second quarter to complete no less than 25% of annual sales, the third and fourth quarters respectively Complete no less than 30% of annual sales;
(3) Application and authorization of agents:
1. Application by agents
The applicant submits a written application to Songmei Company, fills in the dealer application form, and submits a copy of the business license, a copy of the legal representative's ID card, a copy of tax registration, and a copy of the bank account permit.
2. Agent evaluation
The regional sales staff conducts a comprehensive inspection of the applicant unit, and negotiates with the applicant unit on cooperation after the agent's assessment and inspection is qualified, and agrees on the specific terms of the cooperation.
3. Agent certification
The regional sales staff will submit the application situation and assessment opinions to the headquarter leaders for approval and record. The applying unit shall perform the corresponding obligations according to the level of the applied agent.
4, agent authorization
Authorization for the qualification certificate of the applicant shall be made by the company headquarters. After receiving the reply, the sales staff signed a formal cooperation agreement with the applicant unit in a unified format. The applicant unit officially became the agent of Songmei Company.
5. Evaluation of agent agreement
After the cooperation agreement is signed, the evaluation period is three months. After the evaluation period, Songmei Company has the right to re-certify whether the agent is qualified according to the sales situation of Party B. If qualified, Party A will sign an evaluation certificate to Party B; if it fails, the agreement will automatically terminate.
6. Agent evaluation
The agency is evaluated once every three months from the date of signing the agreement. The indicators of the comprehensive rating mainly include the agent's sales progress, payment status, customer information feedback, annual plan completion, and marketing policy implementation.
